Could be wrong but I don't think so. Unless something has changed tender pig tails are not stock. But a lot of dealers install them as part of set up. Some are really good at keeping them out of sight. You might want to check, maybe you already have one. I'm just mentioning this because I once went to hook up a pig tail only to discover that I already had one.

On the new '14 touring bikes they are now Stock and located under the left side cover.. as myself and others have found, not the easiest location on a Street Glide..

They are stock on the 14 touring bikes. Many dealers used to install then partly for their use while the bike sat. They would tell you that it was a courtesy for the buyer.

This is what I was referring to as being a pain in the rear. It is located under the left side cover, meaning you have to remove the saddlebag to remove the cover. Going to have to relocate it.

Just leave it sticking out of the top/rear of the side cover. Tucked between the seat and the saddle bag lid. Hooking up only requires opening the saddle bag lid to reach the pigtail easier.

I have mine hanging to the bottom of the cover with enough slack where I just grab it behind the cover without taking it off with my fingers and pull it out to put it on charge then push it back behind the cover when I'm done works great.
