To the guys that now have purchased and have Saddle time on the 14s. How are the stock Handlebars??
I plan to step into the Limited sooner than later and trying to get a handle on some immediate expenses.
I currently have 12 inch Yaffees on my 09 and curious if the new stock handlebars are more comfortable than years past. I am more concerned about info on comfort than style or looks. So are the new stock handlebars comfortable?? I am 6'1" for info

 

First bike I have had where the bars seem just perfect. no muscle bunching up after a few hours.

Forgot to add. I am 5' 11" but sleeve lenght is 35"

 

I'm about your height. First bike that I didn't even have to adjust them...but...I did get a seat that moves me 2" back. I rode it home 5 miles with the stock seat and then put the HD TallBoy demo seat on. Didn't care for that at all, I kept sliding forward on it. Tried the Ultimate TallBoy solo and love it.

 

I have a 14 streetglide special, I'm 6'1" I find the bars perfect, just had to move the foot pans 1" forward and out. Now I'm looking for a 2" back seat, possibly the C&C Squareback

 

If you had 12's on your 09 you will want bars! I only have 180 miles on mine but bars are on the way. 6'2" here

 

I'm sure you'll want to put taller bars on if you have 12"Yaffes now. I've got a 2014 Limited and I want 12" Yaffes.

 

No! I had yaffe 10" classic on my '12 and were perfect, the '14 i am hunched over enough to hurt after a while. New bars are in garage waiting for install time. Mike

 

I am 5'9" and they where ok but I would not call them comfortable, I swapped them out for a set of 2+2 sweepers.

 

First thing I did on my 11 FLTRU was changed the bars, on my 14 FLHTK I am ao far happy with them

 

The 2014 Stock Seat Sucks! Had an Air Zeppelin on my 07 & loved it... What seat are Y'all sittin in? Does Zeppelin make a leather seat for the 14 with a back rest?... Need a new seat and I'm lookin for your reviews... Just pulled the trigger on a 14 Limited FLHTK
