Default Congratulations!!!

Enjoy your new ride! I'm possibly looking for a second bike, another 2002, but this time an Electra Glide Classic or Road Glide. (Heck--I already know a lot about this year's bikes.) :-)

Sad but true. And they are also usually the ones who put 2500 miles on their bikes in a good year.

Congrats on your new ride. Don't listen to what other people say if you are happy with this bike and it's what you want then that's all that matters, now just post some pics so the rest rest of us can tell you how WE want you to mod YOUR bike to make US happy. LOL good luck and get out and ride.

Sounds like you got a great bike for a great deal. I purchased a 2006 Ultra Classic for a steal two years ago and have been in heaven ever since. I've upgraded a few items on it to make it mine and would not trade it in for anything as it fits me like a glove.

I had a douchebag comment to me when I got it that I should have gotten a new 2012 as "they are better then anything else in the world". I've ridden the newer bikes and they don't fit me as well as my 2006. My choice. I bumped into said douchebag at the dealership right after the 2014 rollout and looked at his OD. Under 2k on it where I have put on over 5k a year since I got my UC. I told him that maybe if he had a 2014, which is "better then anything else in the world", he might be able to ride more then 1k a year. BURN!!!

Ride it, enjoy it and know that you got a great bike for a great deal...

Not to be a dick, but the 08 and down are prehistoric technology in comparison to the 09-13 and not even on the same planet as the 2014.
But, you will still love it just the same.

What a pretentious statement...........

Only a self absorbed ******* would post something like this.

Was that a disguised apology?
I think that the OP has bought himself a pretty good deal and he's happy with it and rightfully so.

I sometimes question the knowledge of some of the people on this board. The only difference from 08 to 09 is the frame and rear wheel.
