Only real reasons I'd see wanting to keep the stock pipes

A) Your thinking of trading in your bike and the new pipes will fit the new bike
B) Your State Legislators are currently looking at putting in stricter EPA rules that would require them for e-testing for your sticker renewal.

They aint worth much so id hang em in the rafters plus if a state near you starts mandating stock exhaust you can sell em for a premium!

If you store them in a cabinet, one day you'll open the door and one of them will roll roll out onto the floor and sustain a huge, ugly dent. How do I know this?

I would. Shouldn't cost much to ship them.

Every time I've kept the stock pipes they end up in the trash when I buy the next bike this time I left them at the dealer.

I kept my old pipes when I bought my 4" Jackpots. Traded my 10 for a 14, put the old stock on before trading. Now I have the Jackpots for my new Limited.

Dont know if I would pay to ship stock pipes back home.
