Default Where can I get the longest extended heel-shifter?

I am having the extended riders floor boards fitted to the new SG before I pick it up and I need a much longer heel shifter lever so that the shifter peg sits out past the back and down level with the end of the extra long floorboard (thats where I like it)... Most ones I can find are 2" longer than stock, but I'm guessing I need 3" - 4" longer to get it where I want it.

Second question is if I do get one that long, will I have to change the shift linkage for a different length to accommodate?

Thanks for any advice

Try a Company called Softbrake, you can google them. I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with the owner getting my extended shifter and brake pedal dialed in. The guy is awesome and knows his stuff.

Probably not as long as you need but try this out. I've got their extended shift lever for my heel and it's way past the edge of my floorboard.

I run a 2" longer lever and still thought it was in the way. So I picked a set of pegs that I could cut one in half.
Now I still have a heel shifter and can slide my foot about anywhere.

Plenty long for me and works fine. Had it powdercoated.

Thanks guys, but softbrake shift levers only go 2.5" longer than stock. I'm going to need a little longer than that.

Not if you buy one for the front and back.

Thanks Wally. I don't want the toe shifter any further forward (I'm not looking for more room for my boot on the floorboard) I'm just looking to get a long heel shifter so that the heel peg extends back past the end of my "extended" rider floorboard. I'm guessing I need 3.5" longer than stock to achieve this.

I also need to know if I have to change the length of the shift linkage with this mod?
