Default More on RK Handlebars

I have read a lot of folks like to put the Heritage or Heritage-style handlebars on the Road King.

But do you have any recommendations if I am looking for more pullback like those two, but a little lower rise, say half way between the Heritage and the stock?

Thanks

Kromewerks 300326. 12" apes. They aren't much taller than stock.

Default Road King handlebars

I know how you feel. I was not comfortable with the stock RK bars due to the downward angle of the handgrips. I found out about these bars from the Harley-Davidson shop in Atlanta, GA. They carry these bars. From reading your post I think you might be looking for something along the lines of their 1" Rambler. They also do Custom bars to your specs.
Check them out online and give them a call.
Good luck with your new bars.

I think I'll try a set of Schwinn handler bars for my 07 FLHRC. an maybe a playing card for the front spokes. :-)

Go big or go home. 14" Wild1 chubbys when I had my Road King - Awesome. I'm 5-10, amazing comfort.

If all you want is a bit more reach, why not just add taller risers and the Harley Street Slammer kit?

I recently put their 12" Mayhem bars on my Road King and quite happy overall. Killer looking bars IMO and if I did not have hand issues (getting old and arthritic) they would be perfect.

Just curious how that would be accomplished with a nacelle???? Pleading ignorance here.

They make a clamp cover with holes in it for the taller risers. I don't care for the look of it but to each their own...

The funny thing about handlebars is the fact that you ask 10 different people what the best set of bars are. You'll get 10 different answers.

BTW- I have Wild 1 513's on my RK...
