Default 2010 street glide idle issue

hello forum peeps. i was on a couple weeks ago asking if a thunder header off a 02 ultra would fit my 2010 street glide. Found out it will from thunder header, they have a kit they wanted me to buy for 130.00. No need for spending the extra money for a tranny bracket, went to jp cycle and bought a longer bracket and modified it and it works great for 9.00 dollers. I installed a cobra fi2000 fuel managment tuner ,a k&n air filter with the thunder header. My bike runs and sounds great, the only issue is my idle. its ideling and fluxuating between 1000 and 12000 rpm. Tried the ignition switch reset 4 times and still ideling the same, any help would be great thanks.

don't know or want to know the Cobra, bet it is not tuned for smooth idle. IMO for what it's worth

You could trying disconnecting the battery for at least 10 minutes. Also, let it idle for a couple seconds before shutting it off.
