2014 inner fairing replacement
I have a new 2014 Street Glide and just received the new painted fairing that I ordered ( Actually dealer had 2 in stock) Has anyone replaced one of these on a 2014? Any tips or pointers? How long does it take? Should be easer than other years due to no clutch cable going through fairing and no wiring on rocker switches etc.

Are you changing the bars?? My Amber Whisky SGS will be here in a couple weeks. I knew I wanted the bars swapped out. My thought is to have it done at the same time by the dealer. It should make the labor cost a little easier to swallow if its accomplishing multiple things. I haven't asked the dealer if this makes sense or not.

Just did the one on my ultra limited. Took me about 3.5 hrs to do, was not in any hurry. Pretty straight forward. I had the service manual to go by so it showed me all the plugs to disconnect etc. make sure you label your wires lol. I had installed the boom amp so had to remove that and reinstall took a couple extra minutes. Had never done one either but all in all not too bad. Just took it off laid old inner fairing next to new one on bench and just swapped out radio ,gauges etc.
