I don't have my RK yet, it won't be in until January. But I sat on one today at the dealer. The new bars feel good, kinda Heritage-like. I'm thinking I might want a little more rise, maybe 2", and was thinking of risers instead of replacing the bars. Can risers be installed on a Road King, with the fork lock and cover where they are? The service manager thought he remembered putting TT bars on a King once, but couldn't remember how it was done.
The new kings have really comfy bars.. I had the dealer adjust them about 3 or 4 inches forward when I took it home. That brought the bars up a couple inches right there. Just a thought.
