21 incher

I had some local guys yelling about how it would ruin the handling and a bunch of other nonsense.
Still rides & handles fine.

It will raise the front around 1 inch, I like others lowered my forks 1 inch to compensate which takes away a little travel in the suspension. I lowered the forks before the wheel showed up and noticed a big difference with the stock wheel on how it turned real quick. with the 21 its perfect for me. I had the wrong weight oil when I first installed the springs and the stock fender did hit the crash bar on a big bump, lol. I haven't read about anyone changing triple trees for 21s just 23s and up. After two seasons with this setup I am getting ready to start my cce top tree replacement.

For a 21" wheel no triple tree is needed. The front of the bike will sit about 1.25" higher than it does now. Many people will lower the front end 1" to compensate for the added height from the taller wheel/tire combo.
Many customers put the wheel on teh bike first and ride it prior to lowering as the differences felt by each individual are extremely subjective. I ran stock height on my last RG with a 21 front and 18 rear without issue. I saw no need to lower the front end.
I experienced no issues with stability or quality of ride in fact I much preferred this setup over stock wheels. If you have questions please feel free to give us a call here and we will answer any and all questions that you may have. Wheels, tires, rotors and brakes are our business.
