Jumpman, I know the feeling, I: 1. fixed my clutch pack (A HD invention) 2. Replaced the stator that blew-out when I added a radio 3. Added a number of bolt-on up-grade 4. Added new suspension parts 5. Sang a song, happy that I don't own a new HD And now am looking forward to riding my MiniGlide for years to come. Live long and fester . . . .
Not everything is broken kickstands and miserable GPS/radios.
- not that those aren't 'real' issues...i feel bad for guys when stuff breaks, or doesn't work as expected. And I try to offer some helpful input when I can contribute.
But sometimes there should be the 'all is good' posts too.
There are some of us out here (not just those that added a new/used bike to their garage) that are happy with their ride, with some fix they made, or some upgrade they did.
Just saying...all is currently well in my world. )

I beg to differ. The 2000 Road King is the upgraded 1999 model, which is what I have. I've just added a few little convenience items that I like having. So you 1999 owners aren't all that exclusive. :=) The 2000 Road King owners are alive and well, and don't have anything to complain about either.
