They don't look out of place; how do they feel on the pegs?
At 5'4" I just adjust to one foot or some toes
I'm a bit taller, but have been doing that with many of my bikes, including my Glide, for over 40 years! As for 'footing' from the saddle, that is very unwise and fraught with risk! Get off the darned thing and wheel it backwards from beside it - far safer.
As I am waiting delivery of my '14 SG Special....I brought my boots to my local shoemaker....I could not "foot" the bike.....I was about 1/2" to short.....so I figured I would add 3/4" to my Harley boots....was charged $50 and it makes a HUGE difference........I guess we all can use a little more "sole" LOL
I am also 5'6" and I always buy boots with tall soles. Really makes a huge difference. I have jumped on my bike in the past and immediately noticed I had my shoes on instead of my boots lol.
