2014 sgs imo rides a little too hard for me ( I have owned several bikes and this is my first harley so really cannot judge as a comparison to other HD's). I find myself choosing smoother roads for comfort. I am Hoping it will brake in to a little bit softer ride, I have 700 miles on the sgs. I use no preload on the shock and still get a hard ride. Might have to go to an aftermarket shock.
But... that being said
I mean it handles great! I think you will love the '14 sgs. On the road it feels like a much lighter bike around the twisties. I cant stop riding it.
