Default Aftermarket tinted windshields?

So I ordered the 7" LRS dark tinted recurve shield and installed it tonight. Went for a ride and the shield works very well but I'm wondering if I'm going to like the taller shield being tinted. Granted I still look over the shield by a good 6" but just the minor difference in height was kind of weird once the sun went down. I think I'll get use to it and it will be no different from the stock shield but I was curious if anyone else found it was a problem at night going from the stock tinted shield to a 7" tinted shield. Thanks!

I have the exact same setup and have no problems with it at all. I'm 6' tall, use a backrest and sit up very straight so I have no issues seeing over it any time of day.

I run a 10" tinted LRS shield on my 14 Limited, doesn't bother me at all.

Same setup, flat top, and love it. At night you don't notice it...

Hey Dude, I know LRS says their Flat Top is the shield to have for 2 up riding. Just wondered if you've ever rode with the Recurve and if so, is there a discernible difference between the 2. Thanks.
