will do.. my biggest concern is whether these parts are actually chrome or simply polished. all the pics I can find do NOT show a chrome finish as indicated in all the descriptions.

 

I think it might be the quality of the photo they're using. I looked at the bigger picture on the Pro One site; if you look at the lower right part of the pic, it definitely looks chrome there, even though it appears dull for the main part of the pic.

 

Bravo, the dealer replaced mine before I took delivery due to a kink in it. We did the walk around and it had 1 dimple in it and they replaced just that piece.

 

According to this listing on Amazon, it's chrome plated. Comes with free shipping too. Best total price I have found for it.

Just to add my two cent here. I have a 2012 Electra Glide Police bike and the center console is plain, flat, and black. I would think you could order that part from the dealer to replace the one on your bike.

 

well I think I made up my mind (at least for today) what I'm going to do here..

just replace the entire console with a SG console. I like the looks of the "teardrop" center piece and there are a TON more aftermarket options available for that shape center piece.
