hammz, you the man.. now the million dollar question.. since I'm replacing that insert with 980340, I'd like to go ahead and replace the fuel door with the matching 980320 but.... (gotta love that word) I just called pro-billet directly and they cannot tell me if the harley push button release will work on this fuel door.. i hate that stupid key
Anyone know?

2009 FLHT does not have script on the panel, part listed below:
9 60957-08 INSERT, CONSOLE PANEL 1 32.49 26.99
It is item number nine (9). Black, looks clean. Pic of parts attached.
Part number 60957-08. Copy above from the Ronnie's link on the forum.

dang man.. didn't even think to ask you...
I know you want the rear pods.. is that because you're wanting to add rear communications to your ride. If so, then lets simply swap consoles?

Is it gloss black or does it have a texture/matte finish?

Sounds like you've got some other options going...
MoCo has offered a replacement push button for the fuel door for at least 8-10 years now, so even if the part has changed, there should be an option that will work?
