I havent seen exact specs, but here's a graphical depiction from the 2014 Model Year Technical Forum document. Keep in mind these are better than 2013 stock cams for sure, but still EPA and if you're thinking of getting these, which you certainly could, there are better cams out there for your money.

More duration & a little more lift on the new cams over the 2013 bikes, but not say
like the old SE-203 cams. Just a little more torque & horsepower, but you can feel it
when you are riding a 2014 Bike.

I hear the "EPA" thing quite a bit and I'm not denying its true but can someone point out what part of that cam or any cam is for EPA?

Generally little or no overlap.

EPA cams are those that have been approved & certified by the EPA as meeting the emissions certification process for the vehicle they are installed in for sale to the public. It's not a spec or part of the cam(s), but rather the entire part itself. It's all spelled out in Part 49, CFR.

I have heard, (I know), that they are close to 255's.

How true is that statement?

They are CLOSE to SE255's but are not 255's. Different part number.

Nope. The new cams have a longer duration than previous stock cams but the 255's have more lift and overlap.
