How can I tell if mine is needed or was done? Without dealing with dealer? 2014 TriGlide, Took delivery 2014 Jan 20th.
Just wunderin if the new part looks different?

I just had mine done this week. The neck looks pretty much the same to me.



With your purchase time frame, either your bike should have had the new filler neck when built or the dealer should have replaced it before delivery.

You can set up a profile on the HD website, enter your VIN and see if your bike is subject to the program.

If the filler neck program isn't listed, your bike was manufactured with the new filler neck and you're golden.

If it is listed, you won't really know if the dealer performed the fix or not. Only the safety recalls seem to get updated on the HD website. The dealer can run the VIN and see if the filler neck was replaced. I suggest you give them a call if the website shows the filler neck program is applicable to your VIN.
