I like that with a recall you can see the numbers on twin cooled. About 30,000 of them. So less that 6 on this forum had the bad cap that over pressured and forced the coolant out the overflow.

The new hydraulic clutch has only had one or two posters with that problem.

So for all the many changes my take is that is not bad.

Default OK with recall and my 2014 Limited

Thanks for heads up on Recall info. If my clutch decides not to clutch I will be prepared to take action and not freak out. Those that are throwing stones at the new 2014 must have owned perfect Harleys, never taking them in for any issues/recalls/service bulletins. New owner of 2014 Limited with 2300 miles on it and OK with recall. PS I was also OK with rear brake switch recall on my last Ultra.

I'm going to ASSUME that they wouldn't sell this bike unless they've already fixed it. Tomorrow I will ask them lol.
Don't assume that!!! They've known about the the coolant, the entertainment system and now the clutch issues and still sold the bikes... They'd sell you a bike that was on fire if you were stupid enough to buy it....

Well I guess the good thing is that the bike will likely overheat and die due to the faulty cooling design long before the clutch fails and kills you..... At least you can listen to the stereo while you wait for the tow truck....... Oh wait.... That sucks too

Oh I agree. I meant the "assume" comment as sarcasm lol. I'm def. going to be at the bank in the morning, and then call before I make the hour drive to pick the bike up. It would **** me off something awful if they tell me that I can't take the bike, but waited till I got there.
