Dropped mine off yesterday at lunch and picked it up today after lunch, replaced the clutch springs and we are good

 

they picked mine up last Thursday got it back today all fixed , re-flashed to keep the driving lights on with the hi-beam and detailed no charge I am very happy

 

Yes in yorktown, va going in tomorrow for recall

 

Dealer called today. Bike will be ready at EOD today or early tomorrow to include all scheduled work plus recall stuff.

He also mentioned that there were three leaks. I knew of some minor drips. They fixed the primary and the plug, but there is a very small leak at the gear shift. He mentioned that there is a new part (not a recall) that will be coming in soon and they'll replace it in a week or so. Very small leak. Not sure of the "part" being replaced. I may know more when I pick up the scooter.

 

Picking mine up tomorrow parts are in. Should have it back tomorrow evening.

 

I had called last week as soon as I found out about the recall and my dealer put me first on the list. They called today and I took my bike in and they completed recall in less than an hour. Hometown Harley in Winterville, NC rocks!

 

Exactly samething happend in Los Angeles, CA.
They are droping my bike the first thing tomorrow.

 

Well the parts are in and my bike is scheduled for first thing tomorrow morning. With a little luck I should be able to pick mine up tomorrow after work according to the service writer. I'm pretty sure they received some on Monday but I'm willing to bet they used the first sets on their inventory so they could sell the bikes easier. We will see.

 

My dealer did the opposite (fixed customer bikes first), what I would assume most dealers "should" do.

 

Mine will be done by the afternoon on Thursday.
