I picked my bike up this afternoon. Dealer said it needed the clutch master cylinder fix (Recall#0153) but not the other (improper clutch plate).

They did the 10 customer bikes they had in the shop today and said tomorrow they have to go through all the unsold bikes on the floor.

Clutch feels exactly like it did before, which is good since I like the feel of the hydraulic clutch.

Sorry to disappoint all the naysayers, but this recall issue seems to have been resolved in one day at my dealer.

Called Dealer and mine is ready to be picked up. Not sure what they did. Said they got 6 kits yesterday, and 8 kits today, and that every day should be getting more kits. Can't wait to pick her up after work.

Same deal with mine. Just the clutch master cylinder fix. I can tell a difference in my clutch, easier to find neutral. This was no big deal!

My dealer said they only received 8, and are only hoping they get more by friday. I was the first to call it in, but looks like they forgot to schedule me first as promised. Times like this I'm sure glad I have a backup bike since its still excellent weather here in the Pacific Northwest.

Coziahr Harley-Davidson in Decatur, IL got 4 kits in, but have already had all 4 claimed for bikes awaiting service. Hoping to see more soon.

Garden State Harley in NJ. They picked up my bike on Friday. I got it back today. They are closed Mondays. Couldn't ask for faster, better service.
