Yes they will. I'm told they are the same as the Heritage bars which I put on my bike (Not the heritage style bars) but they will have the notch's for the TBW. I had to notch mine as the Heritage bars don't come that way. They fit with no cable changes and are way better than stock.

Those '14 RK bars are much closer to Heritage "style" bars than than the real thing. Look at photos of both a RK and a Heritage softail on the HD website,not even close.

 

You will be able to get a great deal on the 14s when the snow hits the ground or even better if you wait till next August. No hurry, they will still be there, even impoved!

 

The RK 14 bars are not the same as the 09 Heritage bars. They are closer to the Heritage style bars. I have the 09's on mine and sat on a 14, not the same. But to answer your question, yes they should fit with no cable changes.

 

Any idea on the part number for the new '14 rk bars? That's what I"m wanting to switch my '12 bars to also.
