That is a lame *** answer. You need to find another dealer who does not have a glass belly button.
You more than likely have a bad battery that won't hold a charge, a bad voltage regulator or something has a short in it, like a pinched or bare wire.

Not sure about bikes but on old cars we used to put DVM to read amps in line with disc battery lead. Will show current draw if indeed something drawing down when all is off. Remove singe fuse at a time to narrow to a circuit. Im betting can do the same for this. Radios typically have some draw for the clock function to stay correct.

The problem might lie with trying to recharge a dead battery or one that has dropped voltage below what is considered minimal. Read the article below. It pertains to car size batteries but the H-D battery is AGM and the rules still apply.
