Default Need input 2014 ho103 in a 09 bagger

Ok starting a new build next week. Found a good deal on a 09 ultra with a high mileage motor but a very clean bike. Then found a killer deal on a 0 mile 2014 high output 103 motor. Bought both so now I am going to build a 23" bagger. Stretched everything. I am wondering if anyone has done this or what people think about a new HO 103 in a 09 bagger. Any and all input will help from what I was told from different HD tech's it will bolt right up and will work?

Since the 2014s have only been out about 6 weeks, I'm guessing almost no one has put the motor in a 09 frame... If multiple HD techs said it would work, I'd say that's the closest and most accurate info you'll get.

That's simple, the 2014s are still an 09 Frame. There has been no frame changes since 09

Ebay or something. There are a few who will resale their stock motor to purchase a 124 or whatever.

For the OP: The "new" HO motor is just the same ole 103 they have had in the bike for a few years with different Cams and intake. Should bolt right in....
