If you have a large selection of sockets, specifically one larger than the diameter of the bearing and one just slightly smaller. You can use those on either side of the primary and use a long threaded rod (thin enough to fit through the socket drive holes) and some nuts to pull the bearing out or put back in.
Thanks PhatTerry But the race and bearing are seperate, the race must be placed on the shaft in a specific location. I think I will use a depth micrometer to get the right location.
