I was able to talk to another salesman from another dealer "unofficially". I was in a store, and happened to see him. Said "hey" and he asked how I've liked my Lo.
I explained my current situation, and he told me to come see him Tuesday. We're talking about removing the doc fee, dealer setup and freight charges. That will take the price down $1400!!!!
I hope it works out just like that too. Goodness. I've been so frustrated and stressed.

I bought a '14 Ultra on Saturday. Its a disadvantage here in Arizona, because there is really no "off season" for riding, we do it 363 days a year. The dealers won't budge off of MSRP and if you don't want it, it goes to the next guy. In fact, while I was waiting for the credit check to get done, another salesman had a family sitting on it and getting ready to take it for a ride, my salesman had to go over to his buddy and tell him that the bike was all but sold, just waiting on the financial stuff to be completed. The buddy said, well you better get the GM to jump in because this guy has cash in hand and first come first served. Thankfull the GM jumped in and backed him off.
The one good thing about Tucson Harley, was they transferred my new Reinharts, highway pegs and back rest to the new bike with no charge as part of the deal, and I got two more Harley T shirts and a helmet thrown in....lol
The other issue to consider, now that the new style has come out, the older style's trade in value went down to Harley because everyone wants the '14 style. So on the baggers, they are not giving as much as they did 12 months ago!!!
So, at the end of the day, do you want it or not.....at least in Arizona
