Those look like the MoCo'c color matched filler panels minus LED's?
Pretty reasonable compromise $$$$ wise. And their is a host of assend lighting available which will bolt on, rather than "in" if one wants to stay on the cheap..

+1 on the clean vertical lights look (CVO-ish).
A couple of weeks ago I was out riding my old tried-n-true '00 VStar 1100 Classic through western VA when a CVO SG passed me. Now I've been a bagger fan for years but that was the moment I finally decided it was time to make the jump. Finished my 200 mile ride at the HD dealer where a few days and a couple test rides later I purchased a '14 SG. Thought my first mod would be cleaning up the rear but $500-$1000 in parts is a bit much for aesthetics. Still keeping my eye open for a clean, budget friendly option...
