Can I use a fuel controller, like arlen Ness big shot, with my 96 magneti marelli computer? I'm putting on a thunder header, high flow intake and EV27 cam.

 

i know power commander makes one for it.

 

I would verify with the manufacturer because 1996 used a completely different MM FI system than what people commonly think. It was used and discontinued the same year.

The power commanders won't work. Not until late 96 models anyways. I happen to have the joys of havin and early 96 model year bike. So my ecm is still running the closed loop system. I've been doing reading on the dfo controllers and from the sounds of it you unplug your injectors from the ecm and plug the dfo into them and wire that to the Yes'm
