The OPs sig says 1995 RK. That is an evo and they do run considerably cooler than a twin cam seldom, if ever getting to 200.

I have a JES oil gauge on my 09 FLHP (103 with stage 1) and it reads 220-240 under normal conditions. It got to ~280 on a hot day stuck in PDX traffic...

my TC88 usually runs around 230 at highway speeds. The hottest I have seen it was 260 on a hot day stuck in traffic. That is the only time my heat mgmt system kicked in. On my 06 the heat mgmt lowers idle to 650 in an attempt to keep it cooler.

I have a fairing mounted gauge.

Normal ridin' temps, spring and summer, 215 but this is with an oil bud oil cooler.
Other-wise it would probably be 250 and or higher.

Think my 2011 Limited with Stage 1 runs a little hot. Its normally in the 220-260 when warmed up and moving depending on speed and outside temps. I run Mobil 1 due to occasionally getting stuck in summer traffic. Saw 290 last month when stuck for 30 minutes in 90 degree temps. Motor seemed fine except seemed to be starting to get a bit sluggish. Fine after it cooled down.

Typically 230-255 here in Florida. In stop and go driving I've seen it as high as 275-285 on hot, humid summer days.

230 +/-. Hottest was 290 going up Pike's Peak in early July. Stayed pretty cool coming down though....
