Wild One 502s with stock cables...Installed
Well, I got my 12.5" Wild 1 502s installed and managed to use the stock cables. I had to extend the control wiring though. I have done a TON of these bar swaps but I have never bothered to see how far you could go with the stock lines and cables (with a little creative rerouting). Hopefully this will help someone out...

How the HELL did you get the brake line to stretch that far?
I put on the 10" mini apes, and my brake line is stretched pretty much
to the max after clipping the ties wraps under the nacelle and rebending the line.
Also, how is the clutch with the bars fully locked to the right?
My stock cable is at the limit, even after redoing the tie wraps.
Would like to see closeups of how you routed these is possible.
It might save me from buying a new clutch cable, as mine is really tight
in the fully locked bar position.
That doesn't look like a stock brake line to me.

Your bike does not have ABS and is cable throttle so what worked for me may not apply...Why would I lie???

Just saw your pics. Reroute your brake line on the other side of the trees. You need to drop your forks or disconnect the line to do it. Dropping the forks is way easier though...Your bike does not have ABS and is cable throttle so what worked for me may not apply...

Sorry, didn't mean to imply you were lying, just though it looked non stock to me, my error.
How about my clutch cable, that's the thing I need to fix mostly
Any thoughts on how to route it differently from my pic?
Thanks again

The first thing I would do is remove the clamp at the Nacelle. You don't need it and it will give you a lot of extra room. Then route the cable based on what gives the most room. You should have plenty...
