Don't get so touchy....

The bike runs better and cooler. When I bought the stuff I told them what I had and they sent me the "map". I think I should have just done this locally.
Last I knew the 02 sensors don't get used with a PCV.

Good point. I wonder if he just left them in the pipe or were they hooked up? That seems like it would cause a problem if they were hooked up wouldn't it?

I was gonna say the same thing. No O2 sensors involved with the PCV.

I have a PCV with canned map from FM. I was getting some decel pop, called them up in Wisconsin, and they stayed on the phone with me and walked me through some adjustments to fix the issue. I don't see why you are flaming FM in this thread...

ALWAYS better to do a dyno tune than a downloaded map, no two bikes are the same. Your in Florida, you should know from this forum that Doc's Performance is one of the best, should have taken the bike to him. http://www.docsperformancetuning.com

I got a PV, 2-1-2 header, 3.5" Jackpots, and a FM A/C from Fuel moto. My canned map was way better than stock, but still not great. I called FM and talked with Jamie, Brian, I think another Brian, and they helped me with my maps and PV tuning skills. I read up on how to use Auto Tune and Data Log tuner and It is working out for me. I think the canned map is a good starting point for you to dial in your bike.
Hey, some people work on their bikes and others bring them somewhere to get worked on. To each his own. If I can not dial in my bike after I install my new cams this winter I would let a good mechanic familiar with Power Vision dyno tune it, but I doubt that will be necessary.

Canned maps get it close...just close, dynos get it right! But only IF the guy that is running the system knows what he is doing! Simple as that! Find a good tuner with a good machine and you are in business! Problem is...too many guys with access to dynos with too little training...simple as that.

I recommend Doc weaver in Minneolla, FL...the man works magic on your ride...plain and simple! One man, no employees and one customer all day! When it is all over...you cannot realize what you have done! He is booked out 4 months at a time! Best $$$ I ever spent on my bike! Bar none!

I thought the PCV used the O2 sensors, if they didn't how could it auto tune? Again im referring to the latest PC out.
