Default 2004 Ultra Tour Pak

My bike got broken into. They busted the lock on my trunk. They broke a peice off of my trunk lid. I want to repair it. Does anyone know what its made out of. It looks like fiberglass.

It is indeed fiberglass. Sorry you encountered a POS thief.

That's why I never lock mine. If they want in their gonna get it. Just don't keep anything real valuable in it. May lose some stuff (never have yet) but cheaper than new tour pak.

I'd recheck it - it should be abs plastic. When I repaired mine, it was definitely made of abs plastic and I used the patch kits available at a local autobody supply shop.

Check eBay. They usually have a few lids on there.

I bought one for my older Fl and had it painted. If you get it repaired, you'll have to get it painted anyway.

I hope I never catch anyone breaking into my bike. I wouldn't be a model prisoner on death row. They have nice tourpaks on ebay that are brand new knockoffs. Seem to have good reviews.

'04 is still fiberglass.
Too bad there are so many a-holes still roaming the streets.
