Can u swap out a 94 ultra classic inside fairing/gauges with a 96 to get the individual gauges instead of the old one piece? Any try? Thanks

bottom line - it can be done and others have done it. Be prepared to re-wire the bike and a service manual(s) with wiring schematics will be needed.

 

and 2 x 5 gallons buckets of money...

I'd say the difficulty rating far exceeds the benefits.

If you do this, your used fairing parts may be of value to someone doing an accident repair

among the aspects is driving the speedo- most models drive the speedo electronically from the tranny sensor- you would have to find an old cable drive speedo that fits the fairing, fits the speedo drive on your front hub...and still works.

Lots of electricity...
