For example, I have friends who work with & tour with Rush and Dave Matthews Band. NONE of their rigs or buses are marked in any way, specifically for that reason. Then there are morons like Toby Keith who has his name & graphics all over every vehicle they travel with. Which ones do you think attract more attention and are more likely to be ripped off? The ones where you have NO idea what's inside, or the ones where there is no mistake about what's inside? Come on, this isn't rocket science.
To OP, I carry legally and unless yours is a show bike, I just don't get it. If you're carrying fake guns, what purpose does it serve? If you're carrying real guns, there's a reason they're called concealed weapons licenses. It seems to me that putting them out there for the public to see, only complicates things. It's a good looking bike, but I'm just not a fan of visible holsters.
Which ones look more attractive to a thief?

Well he isn't carrying concealed, he is carrying an open firearm which in many states is totally legal, including PA. Now you can debate all you want how much carrying open may complicate your life, but it is legal (except in cities of first class in PA, which as defined by the law is only Philly).
Like I said, it's a good looking bike, but just not my cup of tea.
