Brake light problems
whats up everyone, 07 electra glide standard. My brake light was out so I went and ordered a bulb, popped it in was ready to go for a ride I check it and nothing. So I check the fuse its blown, ok, new fuse that blows, I go to check for a loose wire and I find 3 wires shredded behind the fuse box area. Now everything on the bike is working except the brake light. Are these my brake light wires ? Now I have no idea where these go to. I found these 3 coming from the main harness. Then I noticed another wire where it looks like its supposed to be spliced and its just a dead end with nothing on it...... I have some pics anything will help. I just don't see a place for these wires to go to. All plugs have no missing wires. and it doesn't look like they were spliced with anyother wires. Or maybe these are shorting out my brakelight. Trying to see if its something simple before I drop it off to the mechanic $$$$$$$$

did a quick search and found this..
okay:
6 wires coming to the rear:
Blue
Red on yellow
black
violet
orange on white
brown
----------------
black is ground
----------------
right rear TS: (labeled 18 a/b)
black
brown
left rear TS: (labeled 19 a/b)
black
violet
Rear light: (labeled 93 a/b)
black
brake light: red/yellow
running light: blue
this will tell you what the wires do...
now... you have a RUN TURN BRAKE module on your bike. Thats the module plugged into the connector you are holding. If i was you, i would remove this module to make sure it isnt faulty. you will then notice that the two opposing ends fit into eachother. You can then match the colors going in and the colors going out to find out which pins those lose wires should go into. They may have just come lose from shaking. My bike is in the shop right now getting new tires and brakes otherwise id pull out my manual.

I don't have a manual, I'm going to have to buy one, and as I try to find where these wires go it might be a good idea to bring it into the shop before I waste more time staring at my bike apart haha.

I have the right bulb, I turn my bike on an hit the brake the light comes on, but I have no running lights and I have 3 wires that I found down behind the fuse box that look torn up, my plugs aren't missing any wires so my problem is. 3 Wires not connected and no running light. I'm going to see if I know anyone with a manual. Its jjst not making sense to me, it was shorting out because the wires were touching something so I pulled them out an taped the ends so they weren't touching anything, replaced the fuse an the brake light works now, when before it just instantly blew a fuse when I hit the brake.
