Default HD360 How many miles?

Was at my HD dealer setting up an appointment for 1000 mile service on my ultra limited. They asked what type of oil I would like in it. I told them syn3 in the motor would be fine as I usually only go 2500 miles on my oil changes because of so many of my short runs of less than 10 miles. They told me if I was going to have such short change intervals I would be just fine going 2500 on regulare HD360. What do you think? Will the 360 be fine at 2500.

Dino is fine at whatever the recommended change interval is. But Syn is better.

I use regular dino oil, and change at the recommended 5000 mile mark. Bike has 52,000 miles with no problems.

HD360 is recommended to change at 5k. This is in the owners manual before HD decided it was ok to use synthetics.

If your changing every 2500 miles it really doesn't matter

Looks to me, like your dealer is actually trying to save you some money.
