I tried the $20 fleabay hidden antenna, and I don't lose reception when charging my phone. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hidden-ANTEN...da57e8&vxp=mtr

How are you charging the phone, with a USB plug?

I have a Sony head unit with an internal usb, the phone actually goes inside the radio. In addition, there's an external usb port on the face of the radio as well. No reception loss.

I'm sure my problem is coming from the USB plug I'm using in the lighter to plug my cable into. It's causing RF interference.

It very well could be. Is your antenna 12v powered? The one I use is not, perhaps it makes a difference.

Who cares about FM radio anyway?......I used the EBAY one just to get rid of the stupid whip antenna. As far as tunes....CD's, XM, or my IPOD all blow away FM.

Someone put the same one I did on a 14 SGS, I just saw it the other day. Did you try a search?
