You can find Blackline stock covers pretty cheap, very clean simple line, no cutout (was for carb clearance, not airflow) and looks just like the old EVO covers - I think they would even accept EVO rings. X-bones is the same cover in black.

I DO prefer the round cover over the stock football. Very nice look.

i just went through the same thing with the S&S stealth AC. They're not all the same.. some are 5" some are 6". Ordered the S&S stealth thinking what the hell I'll find a good looking cover somewhere.. NOT.

I wound up going with the S&S chrome bobber style with the S&S rainsock.

I got the AC, and then ordered the sock (or pre-filter as S&S calls it) and the domed chrome bobber from directcycleparts. They're a sponsor here.. Call Frank directly and he'll hook you up with whatever you choose.

Its a rain sock.

I love the apes, sometimes I wish I would have gone with the 12's though.

Yes, it does fit the Fuel Moto stage one. I have had this on mine for two years.

Do you have any photos of your A/C cover in action? Does it cover the "mouse ears"? Is it thick enough to cover the filter element?
