there are several manufacturers out there that make a clear "bubble" you can put your bike into.
here's one

Is the trailer wet inside already? If not and the bike is dry, I'm not sure why there would be any condensation. Regardless, a couple of vents in the trailer. Even small ones, but something to allow cross air flow. If you're really worried about it, you could pick up a couple of buckets of that "drying stuff" (I think it's called stay-dry or something like that) at Lowes and keep them in there. I put 2 in my boat before I cover it for the winter and they absorb moisture. In the spring I just throw them away.
BTW: congrats on the new bike!

The problem comes from condensation on the metal roof. Spray the bike good with wd, or pig spit, cover it with a bike cover so when the condensation starts raining it keeps it off the bike.
A light bulb under the bike will keep it dry.
Does it have a plank floor or plywood?
Plank lets in more moisture and is more of a problem.

I'm not sure about the bubble thing. But there will always be moisture in the air whether it's in the garage or in the trailer. It doesn't become a problem unless there is condensation. Condensation will happen when the bike is significantly cooler than the air around it. Like a day when the temperature rises from 20 degrees to 60 degrees. The bike being cooler, especially if covered with a heavy insulating material, will likely form condensation on it. Once the bike warms to air temperature it will dry off. So if you use the trailer just use a very light dust cover to minimize condensation. Make sure the roof is waterproofed. And make sure the trailer is vented. If those cold to warm days are few, you should be just fine.

Anyway, in an unheated garage in northern NY state, the water ran out from under the dash panel come spring. Sold that sumbitch on ebay to someone in a warmer climate immediately.
Now our 3 bikes sit up on jacks all winter with regular old cloth covers with open bottoms on them. No problems.
