I totally feel for those running into this problem and I mean seriously....
That said... I was telling a friend who is a mechanic about the situation and he totally straight faced looked at me and told me to tell everyone he had the fix.
He said, and I quote, "Hit it on the *** with a rolled up newspaper and put it in the backyard".
Of course someone else heard it and said, "Yeah, you got to show it who the pack leader is. Don't let it mark its territory!"
Made me laugh.
Hope ya'll get it worked out, seriously.

...this is a big mystery so far I guess...I started a thread e few days ago, asking the same thing. Does anyone know if the FACTORY has issued a bulletin pinpointing the problem?...and the big answer is NO. Sure, there are dealers all over the place scrambling to figure out what the problem is...but nothing official from the factory...
...no way i would buy until the factory steps up and makes a statement on the problem...

My 2014 leaked cooling fluid twice. The second time it happened my dealer started changing parts until they came to the water pump, once they changed the pump the issue seems to have stopped. No issues since; My coolant level is now up to the factory line on the coolant tank. Knock on wood.....I think I am clear and good to go. I would have been more upset if I did not like the bike so much; best new Harley I have owned, a real pleasure to ride, better in every way.
I hope your dealers figure out what is causing your issue. I did file a complaint with the department of transportation. If you are having this issue I would suggest you also file a vehicle complaint. They will investigate and force a recall, if they deem its required.

A little bit of an update on what I have seen with mine. I have been riding around for a few days with the right cover removed so I can watch what's going on with the recovery bottle and this is what I have found.
1st of all mine does not puke all the time it has been here and there and has never been a lot but what I have noticed is most of the time when you shut the bike off the coolant only rises about a 1/4" in the tank and stops.
But every once and a while when you kill the engine you can see the coolant racing up in the bottle and this is when it will puke, so for some reason every now and then the system is over pressurizing. Bad cap maybe.
Now what I have found so far is if I force the fans and pump on as soon as I see this happening the coolant level instantly drops back to normal and it does not spill a drop. I only have to leave the fan running about 30 seconds.
So if nothing else programming the fans and pump to come on and run every time you shut the bike off would be keep this from happening at least with mine and I would bet that the same thing is going on with most bikes that have this problem.
Now this would only cure the symptom and not the cause.
And I agree with so others that other than this one problem that will get fixed this is the nicest riding best running stock Harley I have ever ridden.
So I will hang in there until the problem gets figured out until then I will just force the pump and fans off when I stop for 30 seconds, hell it takes me longer than that to get off the bike and put my crap away.

I wouldn't worry about it.. I remember when they brought out the 110 for the CVO's in 2007 those things were seeping oil all over the place by mid 2008 they had it all fixed. The 2002/2003 Vrods had plenty of little minor things by 2004 rock solid just never be an early adopter of the changes pretty much for ANY vehicle and you'll be good to go. A little radiator leak they'll have fixed in no time
