Why I wanted a 14, but staying with my 09

Here is a pic of the fork stop. Notice the rubber band wrapped around the bumper.
There is a hole in the front of the triple tree to be able to adjust the fork preload. I took the fairing off to have easier access.
These are fully chromed 17" 21 spoke stock wheels. So I have put new tires on and am adjusting the head bearings and just checking it all out before I put it back together. Bike only has about 10k on it.
So I am thinking about 19" front Harley agitator wheels... what do you guys think.

In your opinion, was the Traxxion AK-20 upgrade a good purchase? They are only about 20 minutes from my house. I would like to get some feedback from someone who has done the upgrade.

Yes. I went from stock (terrible) to Progressive Monotubes (good) to Traxxions AK-20 (amazing).

I love the Agitators, but honestly, you're bike has kind of an old school look to it.
Bike looks great, but I think the Agitators would "fight" the looks of the rest of the bike.

Wiggle? I just don't get what wiggles...I have a 2012 street glide with a 21 inch front wheel, did the heavy duty 1 inch lowering springs in the front and have the 1 inch lowering blocks in the rear and I can do 90 mph in cruise mode and ride with no hands its just that smooth and track straight! The Harley dealer told me about all that handling mumbo jumbo and I just can't see dropping that kind of money for better handling? The only thing I might do is the rear shocks but I have been looking at the shotgun shock set up for the street glide, but that would be for looks not handling and comfort because I love the ride my bike has. Afterall the dealer said no one wants the "old" street glides anymore...LOL.

Setting the head bearings brought up an interesting problem. I was hearing a slight scrape when I would torque the CCE triple down. The welding on the Harley frame is kind of sloppy at the rear of the neck area and needed to be filed. Didn't take much.
I think you are right Talldog. Sometimes you just need to stand back and hold your thumb out for a while. I have a little more black and chrome to put on.
