Been years since I was in the sandbox but agree that the color would look best with a blacked out theme for sure. I also agree that the whole "denim" craze that I too was very much into 3 years ago seems to be going away at least in the area where I live.
Saw it on the website and thought it looked good. Saw it in person and hated it. Looks like somebody put too much creamer in their coffee on a Monday morning and had to come up with a new color that day.
IMO, denim colors hit their peak about 2 years ago, this fad will surely fade slowly, and those who have them will look to come back to the clear coat world.
WHAT??? Fad? damn, and here I thought my denim black bike just looked good...I am going to have to paint it gloss something I guess lol...jk.. I kinda like the sand color, that could be because I have been over here for sooo long
Opinion? FUGLY. If you sand blasted all the chrome to make it dull too, that might be something. I think there's just too much paint for it to be flat.

To each his own.Besides,I think it's one of those things that will grow on you and last longer liking it unlike the usual Wow! effect you get the first time you set your eyes on it and in about 6 months down the road you get bored looking at it.

Disagree....the denim paint in the right color like the satin pewter on the CVO's look outstanding. I have had many people stop and admire the paint on my softie. HD missed the mark on the sand cammo they made it way to light.
