2014 infotainment update...... Has anyone

Finally figured it out. Once I had unzipped the file i opened it and then copied the folders into the thumb drive. That was the problem, once it is into a .iso file extension simply copy the whole thing into the thumb drive( without opening) and it works perfectly!!

I asked the dealer to handle it and they went and got the young salesman guy and he took care of it.

Seems most dealers haven't been educated on these new bikes. I knew more about the bike than the salesman knew and the delivery guy as well. I can't believe that a dealer would just put the bikes on the floor without their staff being informed. But I guess after a few weeks they figure it out

All I did was down load update put it on a 4gb san disk usb. Turn raido on in ACC. Position pluggd usb. In and bam Success good to go...

Like the OP figured out. I downloaded from Harley to desktop. Inserted thumb drive. Copied whole folder on desktop to thumb drive. turned bike on ACC mode by holding trigger button until it turned on. Insert thumb drive, and followed screen prompts to success.

So your saying just by holding the trip odometer down the bike will go into acc mode?? Didnt know about that one.

Correct. Just hold it down for a few seconds and the radio, etc. will turn on.
