Default Trade Tins?

Like a lot of other H-D owners I would love to do some paint work, although financially dropping another 10K is just not in the cards. Even so I always catch myself looking at other paint jobs and loving the details and skill it takes. I also have come to love pearl top coats. That being said the Big Blue Pearl that Harley put out is a top-notch color.

So my question to the forum is, Is there anyone in the forum that would be willing to trade stock tins is they have a BBP paint job for a Black Denim paint job? Logistics can be negotiated as needed and we could set it up for once the season ends. If you are interested reply here or if you have another paint color suggestion feel free to let me know.

I have a 2012 fltrx with 5800 miles. The only thing that isn't perfect with the tins is that I glued the lid organizers from Saddleman in. It is something that can be worked out if someone is actually interested in this.

Thanks for your time and hope to hear that Im not the only nut job interested in this idea!

Back in the day I had a '77 Sporty with the AMF/HD paint job in black, but it had a few dings, dents & scratches in it. I swapped my tins + $25 to a guy for his MINT royal blue stock tins. He really wanted black, but I think I got the best of THAT deal!

I can beat that price by more than half. Take a look at the link in my signature. I disassembled my streetglide in my garage two winters ago. Packaged up my tins and shipped them to attitude custom painting. 5 weeks later I received them back, I reassembled and was back on the road.
