My 12 is too tall and 6 too short.....just ordered a 8...but it appears the HDF20 discount is no longer valid.....wouldn't take it for me. Ordered anyway based upon owner testimony about quality.

Looking forward to seeing over the shield at night, but not getting my head blown off when riding with the shorty...

Great deal! I ordered a 7" dark tint late Saturday night and received it today (Wednesday). Looks great but haven't ridden with it yet. I'm 6-1 with 34" inseam, and can comfortably see over it. The LRS measures right at 7" from center bolt, same as my my existing short shield.
Now I'm thinking of taking advantage of the sale to get a 12" clear or medium tint version for cold/wet/long haul purposes. Anyone have experience with a recurve that size? Worth it? Much different that stock?

Got the 11.5 Klockworks Flare (sorry thought was a 12) ...does a good job of directing wind around you when running at higher speeds....cant say it is a night and day improvement over stock...but it is noticeable....

FYI....LRS was great with their Cust Service. Started with a 7 inch I ordered on line...called them said a screwed up and wanted the 8...very nice, very helpful and even waived the extra $5 charge to move from a 7 to an 8. A++.

Cant wait for it to get here and try it out.
