Default Shock Oil

I have the HD Profile low touring shocks on my '09 Ultra Classic. I removed the lowering blocks I had installed due to the harsh ride they gave. After buttoning everything back up, I noticed a stain on the floor and think I may have lost some fluid from the shock. Is there a way to check fluid level or add fluid to the shocks?.

if it is a slight amount, just ride.

wipe the shock body around the air line with a paper towel- clean? or dirty like air line has leaked

wipe again down low- clean? or dirty...like a seal blown?

there are instructions on the forums for refilling and tuning shocks with heavier oils
