09 Ultra-rough running after restart
2009 Ultra, 50k miles, stage one, no other mods. Starts great, cold, runs fine-If i stop for a stretch or a drink, it starts and idles fine but feels "rough" on acceleration.... throttle feels like a carboned up plug used to feel in the old days....have installed new plugs.

-no popping, just feels weak-eventually goes away afer 5 or 6 miles of normal operation.
