I've been interested in these units since I saw an ad for them in Quick Throttle last fall, but a few weeks agosomeone here on the site said that the company's website was down. I had no problem connecting to the site so Iemailed them to ask some questions about their product. Andy, who is the owner of the company,responded to both of my emails within 24 hours and even attached a couple photos of his product that were recently installed on a Street Glide. I took my lowers off when I brought the bike home from the dealership in '02 and put them in a box. They have been sittin there ever since...

 

the have storage in them? idont see any shots of pics from the seat side

 

How are they for ease of removal? I like to take my lowers off when the weather starts getting hot and put them on for the cooler months. The stock lowers are a bit of a pain to do this with.

 

If you look around on the Hogg Chopps site you'll see how they're mounted. Looks like just a couple of rubber coated clamps which should make them pretty easy to remove or add as the weather dictates. I'm sure an email to the company would get you an answer also.
