Default Try this!

I live in Florida and we fight with Love Bugs 2x a year. The best thing to get the bugs off is a dryer softener sheet. You wet it like a wash cloth and softly scrub them off. Works like a charm!

Bug slide has always worked well for me.

Bug Slide here, but I think it is more of a glorified detail spray, which seams to work just as good.

I use a 3/1 squirrel ****, water mixture. The hardest part is getting the catheter in the squirrel. Lots of scratches on my hands, I use peroxide on the scratches.

I use dawn dish washing liquid. melts them off. I've use everything you can think of at one time. Now I just let them stay on until I get home and do a soap and water wash, then wax with turtle wax ice spray. My favorite pass time is killing love bugs on the louisiana back roads

Does that work on denim paint too?
50/50 peroxide and water?

Straight hydrogen peroxide. No need to dilute. It's cheap, and you can get the spray bottle at WalMart. Refills from the large bottles. Watch the sales. .99 for a large bottle. It won't damage your paint or clear coat either. Spray it in your mouth like the Dr. recommends....No problems.
