Default If blindfolded, would my Wife be able to tell the difference?

I'm thinking of replacing my '11 Limited with either a '14 Street Glide or a '14 Limited. If I added a touring seat and quick disconnect tour-pack to the SG, would my Wife be able to tell the difference between the two bikes if she were blindfolded? She sat on a '14 Limited and loved it. Would the SG with a tour-pack feel the same to her? I'm thinking if I get the SG, it can kinda be 3 bikes in 1 if I get a back rest and tour pack and couple of seats? Thoughts? We ride mostly 2 up, but I really would like a bike that looks good riding 1up too like a stock looking SG. Help!!!

Wish I had your problems....The Limited has more creature comforts then the SG but the SG looks better in my opinion. The 13" rear shocks on the Limited will also do a better job as far as passenger comfort then the 12" SG shocks. She will notice that right off the bat.

It's cheaper to make a Limited look like a Street Glide than the other way around!

Hmm, never thought of that. So, I could turn the Limited tour-pack into a quick disconnect one?

Thanks, I didn't know the shocks were different.

you can buy a limited, and strip it all down. there 100's of threads on that.

but you will put the Tour Pack back on, read the "useless mods" thread...it is just TOO HANDY..

i would not buy a SG...it is just missing too much stuff.

a Limited is where it's at.

chrome the forks, paint the inner fairing, remove the lowers,
ride it!

Can't take the 14 tourpac off, turn signals in the tourpac...you'd have no rear turn signals
